The stylists were too busy talking to each other instead of taking of the customers waiting The stylists walked around/ stood around for long lengths of time adding to the wait time Would not recommend and will not go back

I came in today with my 8 yr old son. Only had to wait maybe 10 mins. Kelli V was his stylist today! She absolutely nailed it with his hair! She’s is the first person that actually cut it the way I asked. She didn’t cut it to short like most do. I will definitely be back to see her!

I check in my son in that is autistic wait time 26 minute he finally move up on deck for 10 minutes two other folks come in and get service before my son who where checked in on line after Clark! The young lady asked the person came in after us his name and the Clark and the is back on line for 47 minutes???? Really!!!!!! Wow I would have at least apologize or something This is sooo sad!!!! Your system is Broken!!!!!! The Worst!!!!!! Never go BACk!!!! I am going on YEP my son is 16 with Autism’s and did understand why???? I have no answer but I was sorry!!!!!!!!
