Ciara is the only one I will allow to touch my hair and for good reason! She is the reason I make the time during a busy week to come to this store when it’s time for a cut! Always so sweet and friendly, thank you Ciara! See you next time😁

As a consumer, the stylist are providing a service. A service in which they take care of other people. Right? So why is it the stylist in the first chair is a whole hot mess? I mean that in this way. She wears the sports clips uniform. She should present herself that. But instead the first impression is “I don’t care”. Her hair is a mess. Brush? Clips? Product? None of it exist. Let’s move to her “uniform”. It barely fits. She came out of the bathroom with her shirt up. Her pants don’t fit and there is some kind of “substance” on her sneakers. “Clean and neat” definitely wasn’t how she dressed herself this morning. To top off the entire experience she finished with a client. Told the second person checked in that he would have to wait 20 minutes. So she could spend 25 minutes in the back. Leaving her two other co-workers to take care of four people in the time she was in the back. I don’t know know what’s going but she needs some help.
